This book explained everything very well and did not sugar coat or beat around the bush. It was friendly and totally supported the idea of giving and recieving oral sex. The techniques presented in this book were well explained and very helpful. The pictures served their purpose in facilitating the explanation of certain body parts. Overall, i enjoyed this book.

This book is, in a word, ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!! SO BUY IT NOW!! It's written by a woman who obviously loves fellatio to the bottom of her soul, and who has developed superlative and awesome technique -- making her a true Grand Master of Fellatio!! I found this read to be somewhat informative prose wise, entertaining & very informative visually. Ms Taylor does a great job of relaxing the reader, let's face it, many women find giving oral sex repulsive. I know because I do sexual counseling. Having said that, I found a lot of her info a tad boring or repetitive, probably because I have read "Blowing Him Away", "Going Down","The Ultimate Guide To Fellatio" etc. etc.
The fun title definitely caught my eye, & if you are a novice, married 20 years or just plain curious, this is a MUST read! Every woman having sex with a man should know this info & be comfortable performing fellatio, which can be VERY sexually exciting for women!
Yes ladies, you can get extremely aroused with the right mindset & knowledge. This is where I think Ms. Taylor's book has the most importance.She delves into:
1)mental preparation
2)making it fun ie; poprocks
3)giving some tasteful (no pun intended) photos on how to achieve it all, mentally & physically.
Women are, for the most part, taught, "only bad girls do that" or they hear how awful it is from their peers or sisters. We are given thousands of subliminal messages that sex is
a) dirty, especially penises (how many penises do you see in R rated movies?)
b) messy,
c) inconvenient, but most of all....
d) a natural thing. Therefore we don't feel it necessary to read a book on sex, I mean, It's "natural" right? GO READ THIS BOOK & learn about good sex. Let me end by adding, one of the later photos shows the woman lying down, head back & the penis entering from above (deep throating). This excellent technique originated from Linda Lovelace & no,not all women who go down, deep throat, you do what is comfortable but don't limit yourself either. Regarding swallowing...99% of the time he won't even know whether you did or didn't, he is too absorbed into the wonderful orgasm you have given him (keep a towel handy). MY fun tip of the day, (I can't recall if this was in the book) get a hot cup of tea or coffee, swish it in your mouth a few seconds & drive him crazy, several times. Have fun ladies, I mean that....& you will after reading this book.

I had already reviewed a few books on fellatio - but the cute title of this text really caught my eye. "You Want Me To Do What?" It's not how I feel. But in these "I'll-do-you-if-you-do-me" times, the idea of giving oral sex might seem to be a little one-sided. However, when one really gets deeper into it (or takes it a little deeper), one soon discovers that there are a lot of other satisfactions to be had from performing this most loving of acts, (mainly emotional).
The book follows a very logical progression, starting off first with mental preparation ("Why do this?"), some definitions (like the "gag reflex"), and a recap of male anatomy (the most useful landmark being what the author calls the "Taylor Spot," after herself, which is the area on the underside of his organ, just below the head, which is where a man is most sensitive).
[...] On that score, the large page size and simple layout does give it some resemblance to a bound college thesis. This just means, unfortunately, that the text is too large to carry around in your purse - in case you forget what you're supposed to do. But there's another reason you might not want to read this book out in public - and that's because of the pictures.
Compared to the other works I've read, the most refreshing - and titillating -- aspect of this book is the fact that it is replete with PHOTOS! The images are strictly black & white and almost clinical in their matter-of-fact presentation. But they are certainly much more effective in communicating exactly what it is one is supposed to do. There's an erect phallus in about 90% of the photos (or a dildo that looks just like one) that is either being licked, kissed, and sucked, and then massaged by hands and between breasts! There's never more than at most an inch of penetration, so the photos are just a tease. But for those of you more apprehensive, seeing another woman's lips lovingly caressing and encircling the tip of a man's tool can certainly be very reassuring.
The author spends a fair amount of time sharing some external techniques, which she likes to give cute names. "Grooving," "The No Handed Catch," "Teasing the Taylor Spot," "Peek-a-Boo," and "Rippling," to name just the biggies.
As a hint for greater penetration, the author suggests letting him slide along the roof of your mouth as he goes deeper which will help to avoid the gag reflex. For fun, there's a humorous photo where the head - and the tongue beneath it - are both completely covered with Pop Rocks (carbonated candy) which is the author's favorite treat. There's even an illustrated section on how to use your mouth - to fit him with a condom (which is probably a good skill to know if I should ever decide to become a prostitute!).
In most of the photos, the woman's face is either upright (taking it from the front), or horizontal (coming down at it from above). The most daring view comes towards the book's end - when her face is leaning back - and her subject is approaching from above and behind her. This posture positions her mouth and throat more in a line, and the technique she's demonstrating, of course - is deep throating!
There are other postures in which to do this, but this is the only one featured in this book. Even so, I think many women might still find this dramatization to be very helpful. What's important here to understand is that the mouth and throat are normally at right angles to each other. In this position, the appendage can't go any further than the back of the mouth. Ladies, if you don't lay your head back - trying to take him any deeper will only make you choke! Trust me!
The section on swallowing is woefully brief. Taylor basically leaves it up to each woman to decide for herself what to do! As an alternative, she suggests having him finish across your face (which is shown in an accompanying photo). I personally found the thought of this to be hugely degrading. It's also missing out on a great emotional opportunity. Ask any man and he'll tell you that nothing says "I love you" more than swallowing - while not doing so, unfortunately, probably says just the opposite!
One of the biggest advantages of oral sex, which the author just touches upon, is its convenience. When women always insist upon having an orgasm every time he does (as female equality has told us we should), then sex, unfortunately, can sometimes loose its spontaneity. For me, a better type of equality for women (than tit-for-tat orgasms) would be to allow ourselves to be a little bisexual instead! Speaking from experience, nothing is more emotionally and physically enthralling - than to spend some time with another woman! It is, of course - why men love us so much!
To conclude, if you're looking for a light-hearted and informative guide to performing oral sex on your man, Taylor's "You Want Me To Do What?" might really hit the spot - without getting you all choked up! I highly recommend it!
Great Information, Poor Presentation........2005-06-30
This book was written and published by Taylor. Mind you the woman knows a great deal about fellatio and the book is highly informative if you can get past the fact that this book lacks a certain amount of eye candy I've become accustomed to. How do I begin: the cover, the numerous photos that are far from publishing quality, the layout of the book, and then there is the writing. All of which is distracting to a very informative book on one of my favorite acts.
Taylor covers several wonderful things in this book but I was distracted by the delivery. Are looks important? When it comes to a book, it is to me. The message is good but if I can't concentrate due to the poor quality of the book what's the point? I just think this book had so much potential.
All that said, there is great stuff in this book that is good. My favorite is putting a condom on with just my mouth. Taylor pretty much covers everything from deep throating to popping candy all with her own brand of wit and slang. It's a great education but the delivery could use some work.
I gave this book three stars for the information it contains but couldn't give it any more.

It's the similarity of the author's goals to mine - to do what I want, when I want - that drew me to the book. As also, the essence of Tony Robbins' principles that Manny Ibay has captured so well. Based on the title and subtitle, on an impulse, I ordered the book from Amazon, and it has proven to the best purchase to date I have made.
I am a huge fan of Tony Robbins, but the immense volume of his work makes it difficult to satisfactorily get one's hands around it all, in its entirety. The conciseness of this book, tightly summarizing the distilled wisdom of Tony, makes it a gem. It might sound exaggerated but, truly, I consider this book a jewel in the crown of my library of Tony's books and tapes. The author meticulously records the details of how he applied Tony's advice to his life. He lays bare his own failure/aspirations, provides simple but valuable illustrations from his success journals, outlines the action steps he took, and tracks his progress. His story rings true and convincing. Cynics might say he has not conquered the earth by following his dreams (Becoming a lawyer ...traveling extensively ... acquiring a ritzy convertible, etc) but, in a manner of speaking, he has: what better a world to conquer than the one of your dreams, whatever they may be!
I am particularly appreciative of the moments of doubt/failure that he chose to reveal. It's those instances that made his narrative very real to me, and had me convinced that Tony's success formula does indeed work. That even if it takes a decade, Tony's advice works, if sincerely ACTED UPON. That lofty goals of an Agassi or Mandela are not the only ones worthy of consideration - even breaking out of a dead-end job, yes, is lofty enough for many of us. In fact, it's the very "smallness" of everyday challenges that has most of us, stymied. It's when I can't seem to follow through on even a simple resolve (... like waking up earlier to work on my goals!) that makes me wonder, how the heck do doer's get so much accomplished. The manner in which Manny Ibay, an average Joe, as he calls himself, pulled himself out of his rut has me inspired. It makes me go, yesss, it's possible - and this is how. Thank you, Manny, for sharing your success.
It has been insightful for me to follow the thought processes and actions behind the transformation of a so-called average person - coz' I am average. I have no gut-wrenching handicaps to overcome, or incredibly dazzling heights to reach. I'm yet another dreamer, seeking, amongst other things, a fulfilling, paying, career that will afford me money, flexibility, and leisure - to travel. That's where this book comes in, and scores. It's an excellent model and motivational tool for an "average" person. It's not theoretical pep talk, but a practical, how-to manual -- a step by step, real life example -- on which to base one's own plans for change. I read this book almost every day, to fire me up. I overwrite sections of its workbook/journal with my own "success" entries and/or "failure", which has helped to give form to my own dreams and designs for living. So, how would I rate this book ? 6 stars -- on a scale of Amazon's 1 to 5.

Great read! If you have read a Tony Robbins book, listened to a tape, or have seen him live, then this book is for you! Manny shows how he started with just a great attitude and a belief system to having everything he has ever wanted. Hard work, dedication, and a persistence to accomplishing what you want is what lies ahead for the reader. I look forward to reading more of Mr. Ibay's work. To think, this book started as a thank you note to Tony Robbins. A job well done.

Twice I have read this book from cover to cover, its very inspiring. I have been a tony robbins fan for a number of years and this book gives you a detailed account how Manny Ibay used tony's materials to bring a dramatic change in life. DeMars is practical, practical, practical. She tackles the most confudling dilemmas at work and provides an ethical compass to resolve them. You can always quit,but why not resolve the dilemmas and keep your job,too? I didn't always agree with her, but DeMars got me talking to my coworkers and my boss about what was the best solution-which was exactly DeMars' purpose for writing the book in the first place, I suspect. Yes, sometimes good employees do bad things--so here's what you do when it happens.
Very practical guide to resolving ethical dilemmas at work........1998-09-21
Bettie Currie, Fawn Hall, and Rosemary Woods needed this book. So did I. Lots of us face ethical choices that keep us up at night, or cause us to wince inside. DeMars uses lots of real-life examples to help us resolve the common dilemmas we find every day at work -- dilemmas about confidentiality, loyalty, office romance, harassment, information manipulation -- it's all here.
She also coaches us about how to get the ethics discussion going -- without losing our jobs.
My favorite chapters were on lying (only very little lies told for social convention and very large lies told to save lives are OK) and "the trouble with the boss" (here's how to talk to him about his profanity, disrespect, lies, thievery, harassment, whatever). DeMars says high ethics boosts productivity and retention of customers and employees, then shows us how to have those long-overdue conversations about how we treat each other. A great book, period. I am so clear now about where I need to draw "that line" between what I will and will not do, and I am so confident about how to do it.

Nan was ahead of her time in providing guidelines for frontline employees struggling with ethical dilemmas. She offers real-world examples of how workers are expected to go along to get along--and how that can jeopardize their careers and make them vulnerable to legal action. The book is very readable and the average person can easily relate to the stories she tells. Most important, she offers usable advice for handling touchy situations. I interviewed Nan several years ago and continue to use her book as a reference when writing about business ethics. I hope she'll consider writing an encore--especially in light of the recently publicized corporate scandals.

I got this book at a discount table and almost put it down when I realized it was geared toward office professionals ( I work in social services) and I am so glad I decided to risk it. The scenarios she uses, as well as the tips she gives, fit for all sorts of people in a variety of fields. The book is well written and easy to read and understand.

This is the only book on business ethics I've found that skips the preaching and focuses on the practical. Office romance, confidentiality, loyalty, harassment, deception, games -- it's all here.This is, I think, the missing link between the lofty-sounding corporate values statements and the day-to-day behaviors that affect customers, vendors, and coworkers. DeMars says that doing the right thing on a personal level is the smartest, shortest path to a more profitable enterprise. She shares more than 100 true-life scenarios from her consulting experiences to support her points. For example, she tackles the tough questions of when is it OK to lie, when and how do you hold someone accountable for his/her behavior, and how can managers and subordinates recognize and resolve ethical dilemmas. Managers need this book as much as office assistants. Finally, I found the style of writing very readable and credible. I've attended a half-dozen expensive seminars for senior managers that lauded ethical business practices, but they were too long on theory and overlooked the implementation at the office level. The devil really is in the details when it comes to making decisions about behaviors, says DeMars. She gets it right, right away. Gina Page's debut novel, in the form of short stories, takes readers into the sexual adventures of her alter ego, Kat.....whose sexual appetites know no limits. The sex is hot, and the men are even hotter.....too hot, in fact. The descriptions of gorgeous, tall, men with chiseled bodies soon becomes monotonous....especially when not accompanied with the creative sexcapades that readers have become accustomed to in other erotica (Euftis Emery comes to mind). Yes, there was the nameless, white stranger...and yes, the distant cousin....but sexing your gorgeous 5th cousin has become somewhat the norm in these tales. There is, however, no denying the literary foreplay...readers, use it to your advantage. Diary of a Resistant Freak can definitely be a prelude to a night (or day) of promise........

How Do I Write a Review about an Insurance Book?.......2003-03-04
Well, I guess I can try to review this book from the only perspective I read it from: that of a student. I had to read it for my CFP class on Insurance, and, as an introduction to most forms of insurance, it explains the forms in a very methodical and systematic way; it was very easy to follow and tough to get completely lost.
Honestly, I was never really fascinated with insurance. My life-licensing class was 24 hours of classroom time spread out over one weekend, so maybe that has created some insurance-related intellectual scars. The sections on Life Insurance and the basic components of any insurance contract and the whole insurance process were already familiar to me, so I found those sections incredibly uninteresting. The other forms of insurance were much more interesting and gave me a great foundation for other insurance studies I've done since.
The prose of the book, too, flows extremely well. In fact, I usually just lightly read passages explaining computations and formulas because I come back later to review them in-depth; however, while reading this book, I actually felt I fully understood most of the computations even while I read (which almost never happens because most formula-explaining reads much like Kant's "Metaphysics of Morals").
Just one closing point... I guess you'd have to be either Insurance Commissioner or a professor of insurance to be really interested in this material, but the authors write in a way that allows even the average CFP or insurance student to come away from the book with a good sense of how insurance works and where it fits into an individual's financial plan.

Some time ago, I was browsing through the bookstores in Singapore searching for some good books on the Bond Markets ( I already own Fabozzi). I chanced upon this particular book and decided to take the risk. But after 662 pages of intense analysis of the Yield curve by the author, I have come to the conclusion that the return is commensurate. But beware that the author at places is too academic and goes off on a tangent.
