Not pleased.......2007-09-09
I am not happy to report that we never received the book we ordered. We ordered the book on August 4, 2007 and told shipment would arrive by August 24th. On August 24th, we wrote in that we had not received the book. We never received a response from Amazon. On August 26th a duplicate of the book had to be purchased from the University Bookstore as the school term had begun and we were still without the needed book. The only positive thing I can say is that after submitting a claim on the purchased book, our money was promptly returned.

Textbook has awesome pcitures. I think it would be better if the book came with detailed notecards instead of a cd. So that you can study for exams.

Book is very well packaged, shipping is a little bit slow but still come in time. CD and book are just as good as it says online description. Better than buying in-store coz no CA tax.

Really feel the book has a lot of good information to offer but would like to know if an audio of the reading material is available. I find it hard to understand concepts.
Would do better if had audio tapes included with the book per the price you pay for the book.
